Description

The Volcano Badge (クリムゾンバッジ Crimson Badge) is given out at the Cinnabar Island Gym, held by the Gym Leader, Blaine.
Abilities: The Volcano Badge allows for the HM Waterfall to be used outside of battle, but only in the FireRed and LeafGreen games. Additionally, it will raise the special stats of the player’s Pokémon.

Fire-type gym leader on Cinnabar Island. Seventh gym leader that specializes in fire-type Pokemon. Uses Growlithe (Level 42), Ponyta (Level 40), Rapidash (Level 42), and Arcanine (Level 47). Defeat him and he’ll give you TM38 (Fire blast). Recommend using water and/or ground type Pokemon.
