Shipping and delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–5 business days after you place them and usually arrive about 10 business days after you order.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on orders in the United States, and every order includes tracking.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. You can also use our order tracking page with your order ID and billing email.
What if my order is late?
Occasional carrier delays and orders placed on weekends or holidays can push a delivery date. If your order goes past the expected time, write to us and we will look at it case by case. See the Shipping page.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Do you accept returns?
Every item is made to order, so we do not accept returns or size exchanges. Please check the size chart on the listing before you order.
What if my order is damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we refund it and you do not need to send anything back. Email su*****@********nd.com with your order number and a photo.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel until your order goes into production. Once tracking has been issued, it cannot be cancelled. See the Returns & Cancellations page.

Every item is printed after you order it, in the size and style you chose. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you.
