No. The concierge never asks for an email, and no account is required to see your matches or check out. Your answers are kept only in your own browser so a return visit can pick up where you left off, and clearing your browser data removes them completely.
When the page loads, a one-time lookup estimates your city from your network connection so we can say a proper hello. It’s approximate, it happens only on this page, and nothing about it is saved by us. If the lookup fails or is blocked, you simply see a general welcome instead.
